2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products — consumable wellness supplements — all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

Exceptions: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the affected item at no charge.

Order cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, use our Contact page immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in account suspension and may be referred to our payment processor for dispute resolution.

3. Subscription Terms

Our Subscribe & Save program allows you to receive automatic recurring deliveries of your selected products at a 10% discount off the standard retail price.

How It Works

• Select “Subscribe & Save” on any product page and choose your delivery frequency (monthly, every 2 months, or quarterly).
• Your first order is placed immediately at the 10% discounted price.
• Subsequent orders are automatically charged to your saved payment method and shipped on your selected schedule.
• You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge.

Commitment Period & Cancellation

All subscriptions include a one billing-cycle commitment period from the date of your first order. During this period:

• Cancellation is not available until after your first renewal has processed.
• You may pause your subscription at any time, including during the commitment period.
• After the commitment period, you may cancel at any time with no penalty through your account at anewbiopeptides.com/account/subscriptions.

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this commitment period.

Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription at any time. A pause skips your next scheduled delivery and resumes automatically after one billing cycle. You can pause from your account at anewbiopeptides.com/account/subscriptions.

Failed Payments

If a renewal charge fails, we will retry the charge once after 3 days. If the second attempt also fails, your subscription will be paused. You will receive an email with instructions to update your payment method.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified by email at least 14 days before any price change takes effect on your subscription. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
